Here's what I see and hear:
There are ALOT of new terrains, especially sand.
There's a Pirate Ship!!
There are shells.
There's a Camp.
There are alot of NEW Items and Clothes!
Alot of new Neighbourhoods.
You can swim in the ocean.
There's no bathroom at camp
(unless they are talking about where the bathroom is in the office place.
)
When you see a floating green thing (still unidentified what it is) over a lot, those are Sim Visiting Places.
You CANNOT have a hotel business.
But there are Hotels.
You can have experience with travelling.
There are alot of new build tools (Think of the possibilities
)
You can die from drowing in the ocean by getting tired of swimming, but not die by getting hit by waves or such.
To know that a Sim has been all over the world, you can check and Icon in the memories tab, wherein there is a 'score-keeping system to all the vacations you have been to'
You will get a bonus if you have been to all vacation spots [me thinks there's a new aspiration with this
]
BONUS: still unsure of, but the guy said it was maximum vacation benefits
There are new slant tools
You can put terrain under the shore (get what I mean? :/)
You can make sand castles!
You can become a ghost and control yourself
