I finally installed SimCity Societies today!

And
it actually worked on my outdated PC, LOL ;D
I had to set the screen resolutions to their lowest
settings in order to keep it from running slow, and after
about 20 minutes, the game started to lag as the population
and activity increased in the city. I swithced to windowed mode
and it works really great that way.
The Pictures are not the best quality, because I had to
set the graphics settings to low in order for the game to
run smooth on my PC.
Anyway, there are three modes of gameplay, Normal,
Unlimited, (unlimited funds) and freeplay. In Normal mode
there are unique reward buildings with special fucntions
that can be unlocked. I did not get a chance to try that mode
out, I started my first city in freeplay in order to get a feel
for the game and to see how it would perform on my PC.
First pictures of Seajayopolis.
Really nicely detailed BP gas station.
but I seem to have a poor homeless sim hanging outside of it.
Following an indivdual Sim on his daily routine
Trailer Park.
I seem to have attracted hippies to my city.
Hippies are one of a list of spcieal sims that can
have negative affects on your city.
You can change the name of normal sims to whatever you want
follow them around through their daily routine and lots more.
So far, I am really enjoying this game, even if it does lack
some of the classic gameplay and city building tools, and things
you can control that you had in previous SimCity games, overall
it is a fun game so far. I look foward to trying the differnt game play modes.
