What do you have? I have Rush Hour and what a change it was from the base SimCity! I couldn't believe how much easier it was to play with one little expansion pack added 
You get more money for starters! and more gameplay! I wonder if they realised when they realeased it how much easier it had made the game?

 Hi guys ,
sorry to see what's happened gravey. I'll repost what I can remember that's not here. I finally bought rush hour, and, WOW, doesn't it make the game so much easier. I am having fun trying to fix up all my poor old cities that were losing money hand over fist. So any of you who have the base sim city game, the rush hour expansion pack is well worth getting.
