Well, I uploaded this .sc4 file for testing since I don't have the base game of The Sims 2 installed, I can't test it out, but, I sure can say this is a great neighbourhood.
Its just an extract from another game, its not made by me.
This neighbourhood is great for a small college town or something like that.
Well, I would like to hear how it turns out and if it works well.
