What was your favourite one?


I remember picking up Unleashed the day it was released and being so stoked that now we had 40 lots, and could zone them residential or community! I also remember being quite fond of the lizard! LOL

But the one that really got me was Makin Magic. New neighbourhood, (and you could live there! ) with spells and potions which did all the things you'd ever wanted for your sims. (Hehehe remember turning into a donkey?) I never did discover any extra spells or anything though other than what was posted on the BBS at the time.

I loved Superstar! It really gave me a challenge to continue with careers and really reach the top of my goals!

I liked Makin Magic aswell because of all the new stuff and what you could do with the potions and such:lol: much fun to see the result and discover new things.

I dont think I really had a favourite......
The one I mostly played was makin magic, but only because I just was not really interested (not to mention really bad) at the others. I think it was like a mixture of all things together, I loved planting, but hated the pets, loved using magic, hated the fact that it was so hard, and I had far to many frogs in my neighbourhood, I liked taking my sims on holiday, but then I ended up with all these useless ribbons, and I couldnt figure out how to get souvineers from them, and there was other things I did and didnt like with them all

looking at that, I realise I was a terrible Sims 1 player maybe I should get in some practice

Do reinstall those sims 1 games and have a play. I love the sims 1 just as much as sims2. The advantages of sims 1 is that they don't get any older and you have a lot more scope when creating their personalities. I remember i was playing them one day and a fire started. Hahahaa next thing some of my sims were jumping into the fire and killing themselves. I freaked, was horrified as i get just a tiny little bit attached to some of my sims as I have had lots of fun basing them on friends, family and aquaintences and I've also started to have a little bit of fun making some not so nice sims with horrid little personalities. As I've got all the sims 1 packs, I've decided to make one entire neighbourhood just of magic sims. I think I'll also make a sim "hollywood" neighbourhood. mmmmmmmmmmmmm. I encourage anyone who has sims 1 to get in and play them as well.
