So anyone who has BV. your game is buggered. thats right! even if you dont think so, it is!
There is a problem with the character files in BV, your Tour Guides and Unsavoury Charlatans will respawn themselves untill your game dies!

Thankfully there is a fix

You do need this. untill the patch comes out, this is the only thing stopping your game from dying a horrible death!

To check how many of these sims you have you need the sims2pack installer from modthesims2.com
Choose the neighbourhoods folder, any neighbourhood you have played BV in, and then the characters folder. This will bring up a list of all the sims in that neighbourhood. scroll down untill you find the Tour Guide and Unsavoury Charlatans and start counting. I had 11 Tour Guides, and 4 Unsavoury Charlatans, but I had only played once!

You need this hack to play the game. please make sure you download it!

They'll spawn themselves until the computer dies?! woah. Maxis sure might has a problem on their hands!

I had 27 tour guides, 11 unsavoury charlatans (not bad, considering I'd only seen him twice! LOL)

I didn't look anywhere else at that point, that was enough to scare me silly! For the first time in my simming life, I installed a hack. But I really hope that Maxis come up with a fix for it soon!
