I just finished re-installing my sims2 game and I am building
a new lot, this is how it looks so far. This will be a modern
shopping plaza anchored by an H&M store, and include a grocery
store on the other end, and 3 other stores, a restaurant and
2 others which I have not decided what to fill those spots with.
Here is how it looks so far.
Lot will be uploaded to The Simmers Club exchange when complted
Feedback welcome.

Really well done, make sure to show us the inside when you get to working on them as well k?
Those sort of shops are more found in the suburban area's in Oz. is it like that in the states as well?

I finally finished this lot. This one stop shopping center is made to resemble a typical suburban modern shopping plaza. This shopping center features a H&M Store, A Supermarket on the other end, and the center stores that include a beauty salon, a restaurant
and a pet shop. I know its nothing that great or special, but
its a functional lot that is a one stop shopping center for your sims.
This is the first in my Suburban Sprawl Series I am working
on.
Lot Type: Community
Outside View
View from Neighborhood view.
View of all the stores
H&M store end/with pet shop beside H&M Store
Grocery Store end with beauty salon next to it
All the Stores, with restaurant/bar in the center of plaza.
