I'm really sad,
before I went on holidays I installed NAM and then I started having CTDs I uninstalled the NAM but still got a CTD so I decided to reinstall my game, SC4 itself worked fine but then I try and install RH and it comes up with ERROR the file/folder could not be found either it has been corrupted or deleted blah blah blah and now I can't get RH installed can anyone help? (the file is SOUND.DAT btw)

I have just searched for this, and unfortunately, tho only things i can find (same error, same game as you) haven't been replied to.

Sorry I cant help you more Frdm, can I assume you have tried a few times? and always get the same error?
I would try rebooting the PC, and checking you C Drive/ProgramFiles to make sure the Rush Hour folders were uninstalled from last time
