Has anyone purchased Sims 3 either for the pc or mobile phone. I have it on my phone and it's ok to play. I have played it at my daughters (our own gravey) once and I must say that I enjoyed making my sim it was a lot of fun.

Now imagine how much fun it would be if my game actually worked properly...

I have it and I really, really like it. There are a lot of things that are completely different from TS2, but I think it's a good thing. There are things that I miss about TS2, like their memories. But once I got to playing the game it was easy to keep up with the families.

I recommend the game. I know the price is already dropping, even at the EA store.

What do you mean by "None of it is working"? Can you give a few more details? I had an issue after installing WA with error code 16, but since the second fix, everything is fine. I know Gravey experienced a huge mess, but after reinstalling with a clean install, everything is fine.

Do you have CC? Did you move that out while installing WA? Give more details as to what is happening and then maybe someone will have an answer.

Hi again I don't understand what cc is could you please enlighten this dummy, I have completely uninstalled it three times, the updates take forever to download and the kids are complaining that I am taking up too much time on the computer I really wish I was smart enough to understand it alll. But my friend my head is swimming with all the advise that people have given me, I think I need a clean start I am finding it all too confusing.
By not working I mean it literally won't start I get a black screen after I push the big button and that is were it stays I will get my hubby to have a look when he gets home he's our resident genius on the computer but he doesn't play the sims. In the meantime I will endevour to reinstall thank you for your help and ears Isabella
PS everything else including my lovely sims2 is working fine

Hello again I have just had an interesting E-mail from a friend of mine who has suggested that I install the sims 3 without the patches as he believes that this is what is slowing my game down to a non playable snails pace. He suggested that my game IS working that it was the patches that has done the damage I will try again without the patches and let you know what happens have a wonderful day isabella
