1. Ensure that you are, indeed, the owner or administrator of the site you are advertising.
2. Leave a decent amount of time between updates. 2 hours is not an example of a decent amount of time. 24 hours for large or extremely active sites, longer for smaller/not-active sites. This keeps down the masses of "Y N01 join my site nao plz kthxbai" posts.
