Very nice work! I bookmarked and will download once I get all my games installed!
To upload here, when you go to make a post, a little further down is a box called "add attatchments" click on browse, and select the file you want to upload from your PC. click on the add button to add the file to your post, it takes some time to upload, but it will never be deleted once its up  (unless you do it of course)

yup! Thats the main reason I have the site  anyone can upload, and there isn't any downrating or culling. Is good!
Also forgot to add, you can upload either Sims2pack.files or zip.files, the site will take both
